Because of the success of our work in Customs, we have been invited by the Government to lead the Master Classes that have been set up to bring together the UK’s top business leaders and Civil Servants responsible for trade initiatives. This work has received critical acclaim. Honda Cars UK. Over the past two years we have been helping with management development programmes across the UK subsidiary. Cranfield University and Business School. Several of the Teleios team are Visiting Lecturers at the school and work on the MBA programmes and the commercial work undertaken by the university. We are the programme directors for The New Working Place Initiative. British Petroleum and AMEC. These two corporate giants are beginning to work in a strategic alliance and we have been facilitating this new partnering relationship. Our aim has been to develop effective communication between the two businesses, facilitating key interface relationships. Givaudan Roure. The world’s largest fragrance and flavour manufacturer has grown massively by acquisition. Integrating new companies and cultures has been a real challenge. Teleios has designed and delivered a communication programme that has helped to break down some of the boundaries of poor communication and provide tools and methodologies to work on, the really challenging issues. Ford Europe. Ford has been going through a root and branch restructuring of its worldwide business. Teleios has been helping with the tactical roll out of this work. Ericsson. To stay at the forefront of cellular phone technology there is a continual need to both invent and innovate. Teleios has helped the engineering group to develop creative ways of working that combine engineering discipline with paradigm shifting creative processes. Leadership Advantage. This is an open programme that is run by Teleios for senior leaders who need to get a fresh perspective on their business. This pioneering approach has been featured in the BBC’s hugely successful series “Wilderness Walks”. Neville Russell Management Consultants. As part of a major restructuring programme of the company, Teleios has designed a comprehensive Competency Model and Framework. This has given the organisation a methodology for tying together business objectives individual job plans and reward and recognition processes. PPP Health Care. We have designed and rolled out a series of development centres for the business. These have enabled the assessment of managerial capability in the organisation, and created comprehensive development plans for those going through promotion or other career development strategies within the group. Various Charities. It is our pleasure to support a number of charitable initiatives. These include Central Berkshire Education and Business Partnership, Little Haven’s Children’s Hospice and the Children’s Society. Our work with such organisations has included the delivery of key programmes, facilitating workshops, and design and use of targeted diagnostics. The Defence Procurement Agency. Charged with its mission to “protect the Realm”, the DPA has the enormous challenge of working at the forefront of technological innovation and often has to try to square the circle between Whitehall, the Politicians, the Armed Forces and Commercial Business. We have been working with the senior leaders and the Executive Board of the DPA to develop high-level leadership capability to better meet these challenges.
